THE opening of two new businesses is set to breathe more life back into a well-known Derby area.

Sophie Lauren opened her studio in Queen Street on September 20
On the Queen Street corner, a beauty studio and a kitchen and living spaces showroom have opened their doors.
The corner has stood empty since the Aga store on Queen Street announced its closure last autumn.
