MACMARTIN'S GROWTH STORY SHOWS HOW LEADERSHIP TRAINING ACCELERATES SMALL BUSINESS SUCCESS

MacMartin is a branding and marketing agency founded by sisters Claire MacDonald and Anna Hutton in Derby.

The two sisters merged their expertise in behavioural science and creative marketing to serve clients with fresh, personality-led branding.

But rapid growth over 12 months brought turmoil: without clear internal systems, they found themselves involved in every project detail, limiting further expansion.

To address this, Claire enrolled on the 12-week Help to Grow: Management Course, which is available at Small Business Charter accredited business schools across the East Midlands.

At this time, she was seeking support in business leadership, and strategies for growth. Immediately, she felt the benefits of talking to other business leaders, "The peer groups were a safe space, and I was given the chance to learn different ways of thinking."
