Dealer preyed on vulnerable teens, adults for illicit trade

MAN JAILED FOR SIX YEARS AFTER POLICE FOUND £30,000 DRUGS STASH IN A CAR

A DERBY dealer who exploited children and adults was found with a stash of drugs with more than £30,000 in his car.

Daanish Bhatti was in control of the distribution of drugs which operated across the west of Derby.

Police linked Bhatti to a suspicious phone before carrying out a warrant at his then-home in Chilham Way, Boulton Moor, in April this year.

Officers searched the house and found a hidden car key, which opened a car parked nearby.

Inside, the force found a large quantity of drugs worth in excess of £30,000.
