WORK FOR THE PROTEAS
Daily Voice
|July 24, 2025
NEW Zealand continued their white-ball dominance over the Proteas in 2025 with a convincing seven-wicket win in Harare, further underlining a yearlong upper hand.
The Black Caps have consistently outperformed South Africa, starting with a tri-series in Pakistan earlier in the year, followed by a commanding Champions Trophy semifinal win. In Zimbabwe, New Zealand have now beaten the Proteas twice first by 21 runs and then by seven wickets on Tuesday.
The Proteas sukkeled throughout Tuesday's match, posting a swak 134/8, marred by dropped catches, soft dismissals and costly extras.
