Tafelsig man shot op pad werk toe

A TAFELSIG man was shot and killed while waiting for his transport to work on Tuesday morning.
The incident took place in Thereza Street, Tafelsig, around 7am. The the 23-year-old man was gunned down while standing at a winkel when he was approached by two assailants.
According to the Public Relations Officer for the Mitchells Plain Community Police Forum, Linda Jones, the deceased was on his way to work.
She said: "Another innocent male on his way to work was shot and killed."
Police spokesperson Lieutenant-Colonel Malcolm Pojie said that the motive for the attack is yet to be established.
