Relief after carjackers return baby after hijacking

A MAN was arrested just 45 minutes after a carjacking in which a baby was almost abducted.
The incident was reported on Tuesday night around 7.45pm in Sydney Street, close to the Good Hope Centre in the Cape Town CBD.
According to the police five adults were seated inside a black Mercedes Benz, with an eight-month-old baby in a car seat, when they were ambushed at gunpoint by three men, who nearly drove off with the baby still in the car.
