The Grammy Award-winning artist recently had a candid conversation with Jay Shetty on his On Purpose podcast about how the pressures of her career and the problems in her marriage led to a period of deep depression.

She shared: “I fell in the deepest depression that I had ever had. I couldn’t function.”
