IT WAS a rollercoaster ride for South Africa's cricket fans on Day One of their World Test Championship final against Australia at Lord's yesterday.

But in the end, it was a day for the bowlers, as South Africa bowled out Australia for 212 before finishing the day on a disappointing 43/4 in their first innings.
It was a wipplank stryd if ever there was one.
After SA initially had their hands firmly around the Aussies' neck, with Australia on 67/4 at lunch, Steve Smith and company rukked themselves los and started to fight back to win the session between lunch and tea.
SA's bowlers, though, won when mattered most - at the start and end of the innings.
Woelige
This after pace ysters Kagiso Rabada and Marco Jansen gave them a woelige oggend session.
