It was another bloody weekend on the Cape Flats with no fewer than six mense killed in gang shootings
 DRIVE-BY: One killed and one hurt in a car in Facreton
TWO men were shot dead in Manenberg yesterday morning, bringing a bloody halloween weekend to a close on the Cape Flats.
According to police, gang-related incidents claimed the lives of six mense over the weekend, leaving five injured in gang hotspots Manenberg, Lentegeur, Kensington and Ottery.
As mense were preparing their Sunday lunch, gunshots rang out in Letaba Road Manenberg at about 11.45am.
According to police spokesman Captain FC van Wyk, it was reported that a white motor vehicle randomly started shooting on the unsuspecting men.
Two men aged 25 and 54 died on the scene due to injuries sustained while a third man was rushed to a nearby hospital for medical treatment.
