THE City of Cape Town has warned matriculants to celebrate responsibly after busting youngsters drinking on beaches.
In the past week, the City’s enforcement agencies made 197 arrests, including a near threefold increase in arrests for drunk driving.
On the beaches too, officers seized hundreds of units of alcohol during valedictory celebrations.
