- BY VOICE REPORTER

BEST IN THE BIZ

THE 2025 Emmy Awards saw records broken and number of firsts at the glitzy event in Los Angeles on Sunday night.

There were a record-breaking 13 wins for Apple TV+ show The Studio, the youngest winner for a supporting actor in a limited series and the first black Best Supporting Actor in a Drama Series winner.

The Studio was the big winner of the night though, with the show’s debut season breaking the all-time record for most wins for a comedy series, taking home three more prizes than when The Bear set the record in 2023 with 10 wins.
