Jones, Bowen & co are Dragon masters in saddle
TWO huge hand-painted canvases of horse racing hotshot Ben Jones hang proudly on the walls at Harry Redknapp's mansion.
Over sirloin steak or a steaming bowl of his favourite jam roly poly, the football legend can dine out on his favourite firsts.
Redknapp was ecstatic when Shakem Up'Arry - named after a West Ham football fan's cry-won at Cheltenham last year.
A permanent signing by the horse's handler Ben Pauling, Jones then scored a first Grade One for his side on novice chaser The Jukebox Man.
Redknapp contacted artist Laura Jeanne, who made the memories more permanent with masterpieces in acrylic.
"I'm not sure what rooms I'm in," chuckles Jones, one of the in-form finds of the season.
"Harry had one painting and then had to get another. He rings me now and again for a chat - you couldn't meet a nicer guy." Apart from cheering on his horses, Redknapp was recruited to take charge of 'Britain's worst team' Cwm Albion FC.
