GANDHI’S great-grandson has backed the Daily Star’s campaign to save Britain’s first and oldest Indian restaurant.
Tushar Gandhi, below, is supporting Veeraswamy in its fight to stay open after we launched a balti battle to save the historic venue.
The human rights activist, 66, said that Mahatma, who visited the London restaurant in 1931, would be proud of the legacy it has created.
