A SCENIC town's residents are cock-a-hoop after banding together to get a knobshaped pothole fixed.
Locals campaigned to get the monster penis-like hazard filled.
Measuring 15ft long by 2ft wide, the hole in Tavistock, Devon, was finally repaired by highway workers.
