Brazilian still our No.1 while he's here says Pep
PEP GUARDIOLA has told Ederson he is Manchester City’s No.1 - for now at least.
The Brazilian will start in goal at Wolves as City look to bury the memory of last season’s campaign by mounting a serious bid to wrest the Premier League title back from Liverpool.
Ederson, 31, has been strongly linked with a move away this summer, with Turkish side Galatasaray interested in the experienced keeper.
City are also said to be tracking Paris St-Germain’s Gianluigi Donnarumma - who is set to quit the Parc des Princes - despite splashing out £27m to bring England Under-21 keeper James Trafford back to the Etihad.
