Ruben: I got it wrong

RUBEN AMORIM admits he was wrong to brand his Manchester United team as possibly the worst in the club's 147-year history.

The United boss made the accusation after his side's 3-1 home loss to Brighton on Sunday when he damaged a TV in the dressing room because he was so frustrated.

Amorim claims he is still learning at 39 and that he did not intend to turn the spotlight on to his players.

"I'm a young guy and sometimes I make a mistake," he said ahead of tonight's Europa League showdown against Rangers at Old Trafford.

"That's why I don't talk about it after the game.
