Ruthless Tuch orders Lions to rip minnows to shreds

THOMAS TUCHEL has warned England that only a convincing and committed win over Andorra will be acceptable.

The Three Lions will be on a hiding to nothing in Barcelona tonight when they take on the minnows in a World Cup qualifier.

Koldo Alvarez’s heavy under-dogs are 153rd in the world rankingsjust one place above Nepal.

It would be easy for Tuchel’s stars to approach the match with a sense of presumption and expectation.

But the German is taking nothing for granted - and is demanding his players put on a five-star show.

He wants his men to live up to their top billing and deal with the pressure of being odds-on favour-ites to produce a thumping win.

Tuchel said: "This is the next opportunity for us to play together, and to show some principles of the game.

"To show togetherness, a hunger, and excitement. It's always about the next opportunity.

"We have prepared the team and it takes a special approach to be such heavy favourites.
