New kids tipped to shine as Wane plays down pull-outs

SHAUN WANE insists he has the full support of Super League clubs – despite so many players being unavailable for England. 

He could give as many as 15 debuts against France in Warrington on Saturday, with rookies such as Salford’s Tyler Dupree, Wigan’s Morgan Smithies and Leeds’ Tom Holroyd all in the frame – and it is good to see talented youngsters getting a chance. 

But there are many of Wane’s original 40-man squad who are unavailable, including seven of the eight players picked from champions St Helens.
