Play your cards right for a 4-1 ‘assist’

- by ALEX HANKIN

THE Dec looks stacked against Prem new boys Leeds as they head to the Emirates this evening.

Daniel Farke can be trusted to make the best of the cards in his hand against Arsenal (5.30pm) but there’s no question the Gunners hold all the aces for this first proper test of Leeds’ topflight luck.

They needed a late penalty to win their opener against a clawless Everton side who barely laid a glove on them, having turned up at Elland Road as menacing as kittens in mittens.

The Gunners will be a very different beast and Leeds better hope new keeper Lucas Perri has settled in.

He had almost nothing to do against the Toffees and did that well enough, but still manufactured at least one sticky moment when bungling a backpass that went out for a corner that wasn’t given.

Arsenal’s 1-0 win at Old Trafford had a bungling keeper's dabs all over it, as the hosts’ Altay Bayindir muffed an unswinging corner.

The Turkish cat is nearly two metres tall, but you'd never guess. The Gunners had it large from set-pieces last season, scoring 14 Prem goals, and their dead-ball threat could prove a key weapon again today.
