RARE TALENT

LUCINDA RUSSELL has done a great job getting course and distance winner BOLLINGERANDKRUG (1.10) down to a ledge of 112 in the bet365 Handicap Chase over two miles and a furlong at Kelso in today's ITV opener.

With only six runners taking part, the bookies are offering quarter the odds a place 1-2, so snare the 9-1 on offer.

In the BetVictor Veterans' Handicap Chase over three and a quarter miles at Newbury, recent Exeter scorer CREDO (1.20) can follow up under Harry Cobden, who was also in the irons last time.

Dan Skelton's 162-rated GREY DAWNING (1.45), who somewhat disappointingly is sidestepping Cheltenham, looks a penalty kick in the bet365 Premier Chase over three miles at Kelso.

At Doncaster, the Listed Livescore Bet Mares' Novices' Hurdle over three miles can go to WORLD OF FORTUNES (2.05), who was sixth of 20 in a Grade One novices' hurdle against the boys at Leopardstown a month ago.
