ST HELENS coach Paul Wellens praised the professionalism of his players as they thumped troubled Salford to continue their push up the Super League table.

Kyle Feldt got three of Saints’ 11 tries with Tristan Sailor, Owen Dagnall and Jake Burns collecting two each, and Daryl Clark and Morgan Knowles adding the others.
Wellens said: “It was really professional.
“People come here today and expect us to put points on, but I think that’s probably the strongest team Salford have fielded in a number of weeks.
