For others, wrapping it around their waist will be the peak of their career. But for all British boxers, few trophies carry the prestige of their national title.

And in an era when belts are handed out willy-nilly - with even more on the way - the Lord Lonsdale Challenge iteration remains a prize worthy of its full name.
