ALEXANDER ISAK'S stunning form is sending shivers of excitement through the Toon Army.

Eddie Howe's men are shooting for the stars and it is Isak who is firing Geordie dreams.

Not since Alan Shearer (inset) in his pomp have Newcastle boasted a striker with the scoring record of the Swede, who is ice cool yet red hot.

Indeed, his double in the 3-0 win over Wolves in midweek has taken one record away from the Toon legend, Isak having found the net for the eighth successive game.

And on this form you wouldn't bet against him matching, or beating, Jamie Vardy's 11-match goal-scoring streak.
