In his first interview in six years, the reclusive star revealed fatherhood has made him tackle his social anxiety.

Zayn said: “I’ve a had a full mental re-haul in the best way thanks to my child. Being able to see things in a different light, I’m going to be a lot more present. People are going to see me a lot more.
