FAKER HARASSED MADDIE PARENTS

MADELEINE McCann's parents said they "just wanted her to stop" as the faker claiming to be their daughter was found guilty of harassment.

Julia Wandelt, 24, turned up at the couple's home and kept begging for a DNA test, a court heard.

She was found guilty of the harassment of Kate and Gerry McCann, but not guilty of a charge of stalking.

In a statement issued through Leicestershire Police the couple said: “Despite the jury's guilty verdict of harassment, we take no pleasure in the result.
