MORGAN GIBBS-WHITE used the pre-match huddle to spell out what he expects from Nottingham Forest this season: No regrets.

The club's skipper, who is among the youngest in the Premier League, used the get-together before Monday's 3-0 win over Wolves to urge his colleagues to seize the moment.

Gibbs-White, 24, admitted Forest have now put themselves in "a position to achieve" this season as they chalked up a seventh victory away from the City Ground, moving them alongside Arsenal on 40 points.

But he urged his team-mates to squeeze every last drop out of themselves and become the season's surprise package. Asked if Forest were in the title race, he said: "The situation we are in, it's incredible.
