WE’VE already sweated through sweltering weather this summer - and unlike our canine companions, we’re not always wearing fur coats. There’s even more heat on the horizon this August. And while many of us enjoy the sunshine, roasting days can be dangerous for our pets.

Avoid the midday sun. Take your dog for walks early in the morning or late in the evening when it’s cooler.
