COLTS TURN BACK CLOCK WITH FLACCO

INDIANAPOLIS have turned back the clock, naming 39-year-old veteran Super Bowl winner Joe Flacco as their starting quarterback in a bid to save their season.

The Colts have axed youngster Anthony Richardson after a disastrous 23-20 loss to division rivals the Houston Texans last week, in which he asked to come out of the game because he was tired.

Flacco (left), Super Bowl winner and MVP with the Baltimore Ravens in 2012, has already made his Colts debut this season but will now be given the role permanently.
