Champion's win dedicated to Lee

JAMES DOYLE dedicated victory to Clifford Lee after taking over from the injured jockey to land the £800,000 Bahrain International Trophy on the Karl Burke-trained Royal Champion yesterday.
Lee (right) has been in hospital since he fractured his neck after falling head first off a motorbike while on holiday last month.
