Promising Carrock looks rock-solid bet
CASTLE CARROCK (2.55) is tipped to tower above his rivals in the bet365 Premier Hurdle at Kelso today.
The six-year-old is an exciting prospect who was snapped up for £100,000 after bolting up in an Ayr bumper last spring for Nicky Richards.
Now with Alan King, he made his hurdling debut at Sandown recently where he travelled and jumped with real fluency before putting the useful Diva Luna in her place.
His bumper win came on good ground and the drying conditions at Kelso should suit in this Grade Two contest.
