THE revival of Brookside was filmed in just 12 hours.

Producers were given a tight schedule to get the one-off special in the can.

It meant the cast had to race against the clock to get scenes done in time.

Louis Emerick, who played Mick Johnson in the soap, said: "We were going to film for two days, but then it was reduced to one day because of logistics.
