'Brits a load of internet addicts'

INTERNET-addicted Brits spend four and a half hours a day online.

The average figure for Brit adults is up 10 minutes on last year.
And women spend 26 minutes a day longer on the net than men, at four hours 43 minutes.
Most of the time is taken up by scrolling on smartphones, Ofcom's Online Nation 2025 report shows.
