POPE Francis was laid to rest yesterday after a funeral attended by hundreds of thousands.
World leaders, royalty and cardinals joined 250,000 worshippers at the Vatican to mourn the pontiff, who died on Monday.
Prince William, PM Sir Keir Starmer and Donald Trump were among those paying their respects.
Ahead of the service, Sir Keir spoke to President Trump, Ukraine's Volodymyr Zelensky and French President Emmanuel Macron.
