HULL FC boss John Cartwright praised his side's first-half showing as their best of the season so far.
But he admitted that a full 80-minute performance will be needed to beat rivals Hull KR on Good Friday, after what he described as a game of two halves.
The Black and Whites bounced back from their Challenge Cup quarter-final derby defeat with a dominant opening 40 minutes, racing to a 26-4 lead at the break against a Wolves side that had won the last four games in all competitions.
