ARMANDO BROJA snatched a 90th-minute equaliser with Burnley's first serious attempt on goal.

The £20million summer signing from Chelsea broke his Clarets duck to end Scott Parker's strugglers run of seven straight defeats.

He headed home fellow sub Marcus Edwards cross to steal a point from a game in which Burnley had been second best.

That will not bother former Bournemouth boss Parker, who was facing his old club for the first time since he was sacked in August 2022 after a 9-0 hammering at Liverpool. He called his side ‘under-equipped’ for the topflight after that defeat and paid the price for it.

And for much of the 90 minutes his team looked well below what is required to keep their place in the Premier League.
