He has somehow become the most irritating former professional footballer called Gary.
To steal that crown from holier-than-thou crisp hawker Gary Lineker takes some doing.
Neville has upset many by having a go at those putting up Union Jacks on the streets.
He is so put out that he took one down from outside one of his properties and made a video blaming “angry middle-aged white men” for stoking division.
Which is a bit ironic since he comes across as an angry middle-aged white man in his whiny rant.
Nobody cares what you think about anything outside football, Gary.
But it got me to thinking. Why not let former footballers take control of the Government?
They surely can’t do any worse than the conveyor belt of clowns who run the country.
