LEANNE CRICHTON praised her players' profressionalism as holders Rangers booked their place in the quarterfinals of the Sky Sports Cup with a thumping 12-0 win over St Johnstone.

The holders were emphatic as they battered the Perthshire side with Crichton satisfied at the nature of the display.

Laura Berry netted five goals, Kim Shin Ji and Mia McAulay grabbed doubles and Jodi McLeary, Katie Wilkinson and May Cruft also got on the scoresheet.

Rangers will be joined in tomorrow's draw by Celtic, Glasgow City, Hibs, Hearts, Aberdeen, Partick Thistle and Queen's Park.

Crichton said: "Huge respect for St Johnstone coming here today.

"We know the type of game that it could have been, but that was only if you go about your business properly and you start the game well and you give them the respect that they deserve.
