A GIRL has died after "taking unwell" in a car park on the day before her ninth birthday.
Tributes have poured in online for “beautiful, funny, sweet” Olivia Edwards.
Emergency crews raced to Kingswells park and ride on Skene Road, Aberdeen, at 8.40pm on Saturday.
The youngster was taken Royal Aberdeen Children's Hospital but tragically pronounced dead a short time later.
A GoFundMe has since been launched by family friend Kathryn Campbell to help Olivia's parents, Mark and Georgina, pay for their daughter's funeral.
It had raised more than £7000 last night.
A statement attached to the fundraiser read: “My amazing best friends have lost their beautiful baby girl unexpectedly just one day before her ninth birthday.
