Campaign calls for face value limit on tickets being resold
A CAMPAIGN has been launched to urge the Government to combat touts offering in-demand gig tickets at huge mark-ups.
Consumer group Which? wants to help fans desperate to get to sold-out concerts who risk being sucked into shelling out rip-off prices.
Those buying through such sites also run the risk of being refused entry to some events.
Which? launches its Stop Fleecing Fans campaign today. It wants a price cap introduced for secondary tickets, so they cannot be resold for more than the original buyer paid.
