STRUGGLING Scots may miss out on help with heating bills because of failures in the way the scheme is being run north of the border, it is claimed.
UK energy consumers minister Martin McCluskey said those who get certain benefits in England and Wales are automatically eligible for £150 off through the Warm Home Discount.
But in Scotland, customers have to contact their supplier to see if they qualify.
