SNP accused of NHS & A96 project delays
Daily Record
|January 14, 2026
THE SNP has been accused of delaying promised big-money projects - including NHS treatment centres and dualling the accident-hit A96.
Shona Robison has refused to say whether five more national treatment centres will be delivered after the projects were shelved in 2024 over funding issues.
Speaking to journalists after the Budget was announced, she suggested some of the facilities could be opened in areas of existing hospitals.
