CRIME writer Ian Rankin has told how his famous detective Rebus has to overcome technophobia in a new TV adaptation of the character.
The rogue officer will be reimagined in modern-day Edinburgh, aged in his 30s, rather than the retired policeman battling health conditions in recent novels.
