Paedophile rocker 'killed in row over protection money'

PAEDOPHILE Ian Watkins was killed in jail because he refused to pay protection money, it has been claimed.
The former lead singer of Welsh rockers Lostprophets, 48, is said to have had his throat cut.
He was found injured in his cell at HMP Wakefield, Yorkshire, just after 9am on Saturday. Staff could do nothing to save him and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Detectives were yesterday questioning two prisoners, aged 43 and 25, about his death.
