NHS 'sorry' over wrong body blunder

NHS bosses have apologised to families after a body was wrongly released from a mortuary to an undertaker.
The blunder at Glasgow's Queen Elizabeth University Hospital was discovered after a funeral had taken place so one family saw the wrong body cremated.
