We go behind the scenes at Dani Dyer's wedding to West Ham captain Jarrod Bowen
DANNY Dyer reworked a West Ham chant for the father-of-the-bride speech at his daughter Dani's wedding to the Hammers winger Jarrod Bowen.
Mic in hand, West Ham fan Danny urged guests at the reception to join in, chanting, “Bowen's On Fire - and he’s married Dani Dyer” to the tune of Freed From Desire by Gala.
Waving white napkins in the air, the guests joined in enthusiastically.
(The usual lyrics sung at matches are a lot less family friendly: Bowen's on fire and he’s s****ing Dani Dyer).
Danny, 47, who is currently filming the new series of Rivals, the Jilly Cooper adaptation, which explains his spivvy dark hair and moustache, had walked Dani down the aisle to marry Jarrod on Saturday.
The wedding ceremony took place outside in the sunshine before the celebrations moved into the glass pavilion erected in the Buckingham-shire countryside for the event.
