Gray insists his side have Celts in sights
DAVID GRAY knows Hibs have been overshadowed by Hearts in going under the radar in a unusual start to the Premiership season.
But the Easter Road gaffer hopes a productive week could change all that as Hibs hunt down Celtic.
While all the focus has been on table-topping Hearts and Jamestown Analytics, the Leith side have gone quietly about their business.
Victory over Motherwell tonight followed by success over the Bhoys on Sunday would see Hibs climb up to second in the table.
And Gray insists that is firmly in his thoughts ahead of a busy festive schedule. He said: “If you can go and win the game and then youre playing the team directly above you on Sunday and if you go and get six points, you could go above them (Celtic).
“We would never look past Motherwell at this moment in time because you need to go and get ready for that one.
