Sopal's struggles on Strictly
STRICTLY star Balvinder Sopal has revealed how difficult it is to “keep it together” after being in the dance-off four times in eight weeks.
The EastEnders actress is expected to perform an Argentine tango in Blackpool this weekend, a routine she has described as one of her favourites.
But she told fans of the toll that being repeatedly placed in the bottom two is having on her, saying: “Behind the glitz and the glamour, the spectacle and the drama are real people's lives.
“We still have to manage what goes on outside of the rehearsal room and dance floor, and it’s not always easy to keep it together.
