Camara reveals how he kept track of United getting gubbed at home by Falkirk while his wife was having first child

PANUTCHE CAMARA has admitted he was glued to his phone for the Dundee United score while his wife was giving birth last weekend.

The midfielder is now a proud father after the arrival of his daughter and he's back in the Tannadice fold for today’s trip to Kilmarnock.

The 28-year-old Guinea-Bissau international was frustrated to miss last weekend's defeat to the Bairns as he welcomed Amirah Sofia into the world.

Camara said: “It's my first child, it was a special moment for me and my family.

“They are down in London.

“My wife had the baby at the same time the game was going on at 4.28pm.

“It’s not normal but they let me go and check my phone inside because I couldn't watch the game and then I was watching some results on my phone.
