Hotel hits out at HMRC over pay rap

ONE of Scotland’s top hotels has hit back at HMRC after being fined for failing to pay the minimum wage.
Crieff Hydro, in Perth-shire, was one of 500 UK employers fined over £10million but hotel bosses claimed they “always championed the minimum wage’.
