Snapper releases unseen Doherty snap
A SCOTS snapper has shared a never-seen-before picture of Pete Doherty in Glasgow as Babyshambles announce their reunion after a 10-year hiatus.
Brian Anderson, 44, who has photographed some of the world's most fearsome gangsters, spent months on assignment with the singer and hoped to recreate an iconic punk image.
As the frontman threw his guitar into the air at Glasgow's Barrowland in 2014, Anderson told how he risked his life to get a dramatic image of the rocker while he performed with his band The Libertines.
Anderson said: "Pete gave me unbelievable access to photograph him. I was chatting to him before the gig about the greatest rock and roll picture ever taken.
"He mentioned the iconic picture by Pennie Smith of The Clash which is used on the cover of the album London Calling as the greatest.
"Later I took a similar picture, which was unbelievable luck. It happened right at the very end of the show and just before Pete walked off stage.
